Actually everything was well-maintained. Hip new and clean hotel, pleasant staff. The room was bright, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The provided service was excellent too.

Ideal location, really great restaurant, qualified staff and functional decor. Even though the view was breathtaking, I had really big bedroom. I loved the lunch in Rata within walking distance of the hotel. Facilities were generous too.

Tasty breakfast, personalised service. The room was very specious and had big balcony. So ideal location, an easy walk to name. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was superb. Overall I think it was a relatively small hotel, good value.

Staff and rooms were very good and I especially truly enjoyed that the place was clean. A wide array of supplies in the room: a work desk, a dining area and a sitting area.

I had a FUN stay, thank you so much! I loved it, the hotel is overall clean, has good location and staff. The bathroom was luxury & the bedroom was adjoining. The balcony had sun loungers and tables.

We liked staff and location at this hotel. Positioned in the shopping area. Moreover, a landscaped park was nearby. Decent view, a large balcony, very comfy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a warm stay.

Direct connection to queenstown gardens. Lake Wakatipu is close to the hotel. We found nice Halo nearby with hot beverages. Close to the airport, 10 min drive.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Fergburger that was only 5 minutes' walk away. To get to lake wakatipu you'll need to walk 5 minutes. Location next to copthorne hotel bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away:)))
